NCA Group Acquires Gentry & Associates

National Catastrophe Adjusters, Inc. (d/b/a NCA Group) announced today that it has added Gentry & Associates Claims Services, Inc. to the NCA Group of Companies. This represents NCA Group’s third acquisition in 2011 and strengthens NCA Group’s position as a leading provider of property loss adjusting and claims management services in North America. The addition of Gentry & Associates provides NCA Group with a daily loss adjusting platform in the State of Texas along with significant additional catastrophe exposure and resources within Texas.

Founded in 1998 by L. Marsh Gentry and headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, Gentry & Associates has established itself as a vendor of choice for many leading Lloyd’s of London syndicates as well as a number of regional and national property insurance carriers within the United States. Gentry & Associates is known for its expertise in handling all aspects of commercial and personal lines property claims for both daily and catastrophic events. “A key initiative for NCA Group has been to increase our daily presence and catastrophe exposure within the State of Texas. NCA Group Acquires NHI General Adjusters

National Catastrophe Adjusters, Inc. (d/b/a NCA Group) announced today that it has acquired NHI General Adjusters, further bolstering NCA Group’s position as a leading provider of property loss adjusting and claims management services in North America. The addition of NHI General Adjusters significantly expands NCA Group’s large commercial loss adjusting capabilities and daily claims services in the Midwest.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, NHI General Adjusters has 5 locations in Missouri and Nebraska and regularly services Kansas, Illinois, Arkansas and Iowa. NHI is known for having GA and EGA adjusters that handle large complex property losses. In addition to their work in the Midwestern U.S., they regularly travel on large losses to many other states throughout the Continental United States.

National Catastrophe Adjusters, Inc. (d/b/a NCA Group) announced today that it has acquired the assets of T.M. Mayfield & Company, further bolstering NCA Group’s position as a leading provider of property loss adjusting and claims management services in North America. The addition of T.M. Mayfield significantly expands NCA Group’s commercial loss adjusting capabilities and daily claims services offering along the Eastern Seaboard.

Founded in 1925 and headquartered in Charlotte, NC, T.M. Mayfield has 12 office locations in North Carolina and South Carolina, plus resident adjusters in Georgia, Alabama and Florida. T.M. Mayfield is known for its expertise in handling all aspects of property and casualty claims for both daily and catastrophic events.
