Incorporated in 1984 as National Catastrophe Adjusters, the company originally specialized in catastrophe claims management, handling claims throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Worley currently services both daily and catastrophe claims for 5 of the top 10 carriers in the United States and the second largest insurer in Canada.
Since 2008, Worley has expanded its service offering well beyond that of a traditional catastrophe firm, providing a complete suite of claims service solutions including CAT, Daily, Commercial and Third Party Administration. In 2011, Worley acquired three respected regional independent adjusting firms, NHI General Adjusters (Kansas City, MO), T.M. Mayfield & Company (Charlotte, NC) and Gentry & Associates (San Antonio, TX), significantly bolstering Worley’s permanent adjuster resources, commercial / large loss capabilities, and liability expertise.
The strong regional Daily presence of T.M. Mayfield and Gentry in conjunction with Worley’s national CAT capabilities provides a unique claims management alternative for our clients. With a permanent regional presence that can quickly scale to meet any demand in the wake of weather-driven events, we consistently provide our clients, their customers, and their agents with the continuity and quality of service they deserve before, during, and after a storm.
With the addition of NHI General Adjusters to the Worley platform, our clients can now access the expertise of highly experienced GAs and EGAs to handle Commercial and/or large losses of any level of complexity across the country.
By leveraging our administrative infrastructure and extensive experience in claims management, Worley’s Third Party Administration unit can navigate the complexity of end-to-end claims processing with cost-saving speed and efficiency for our clients. We have tailored TPA solutions for over a dozen clients since 2008, including handling in excess of 10,000 business interruption claims associated with the Deepwater Horizon / BP Oil Spill in 2010.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, NHI General Adjusters has 5 locations in Missouri and Nebraska and regularly services Kansas, Illinois, Arkansas and Iowa. NHI is known for having GA and EGA adjusters that handle large complex property losses. In addition to their work in the Midwestern US, they regularly travel on large losses to many other states throughout the continental United States including new offices in Phoenix and Denver.
T.M. Mayfield & Company
Founded in 1925 and headquartered in Charlotte, NC, T.M. Mayfield has 12 office locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia plus resident adjusters in Georgia, Alabama and Florida. T.M. Mayfield is known for its expertise in handling all aspects of property and casualty claims for both daily and catastrophic events.
Gentry & Associates Claims Service
Founded in 1998 by L. Marsh Gentry and headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, Gentry & Associates has established itself as a vendor of choice for many leading Lloyd’s of London syndicates as well as a number of regional and national property insurance carriers within the United States. Gentry & Associates is known for its expertise in handling all aspects of commercial and personal lines property claims for both daily and catastrophic events.
PWP International is comprised of a team of executive general adjusters serving as the international commercial loss adjusting platform for the Worley of Companies. Formed in 2012, PWP Internation provides the highest caliber of professionals to handle the most complex property losses worldwide.
